Website Development Refund Policy:

For our website development services, a refund may be processed under the following conditions:

• If the project completion extends beyond 30 business days from the last committed date due to reasons attributable to our development team.
• No refund will be entertained if the delay is caused by the client’s side, including but not limited to delays in providing necessary information, feedback, or approvals.

Server and Domain Refund Policy:

• Refunds will not be processed for server and domain-related services under any circumstances.
• Only service charges related to website development may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of approval.
• The refund amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days after processing.
• Refunds will be issued only for the service charges related to website development and not for any third-party costs such as servers or domains.
