1. Payment Terms
- The client agrees to make full payment for the logo design in advance. Payment details and methods will be specified in the invoice or agreement.
2. Revisions and Modifications
- Revisions to the logo design are limited to the number specified in the chosen plan. The Starter Plan includes 3 revisions within 3 days of delivery, and the Business Plan includes 5 revisions within 15 days of delivery.
- Additional revisions beyond the specified limit will incur extra charges, as detailed in the plan or agreed upon separately.
- Each modification or revision request will count towards the client's revision limit.
3. Design Brief and Specifications
- The client is responsible for providing a comprehensive design brief, including preferred colors, logo type, category of business/logo, and other relevant details asked by the team.
- Once the design brief is submitted and work has commenced, major aspects such as category and logo type cannot be altered. Any such changes will be considered a new project and billed accordingly.
4. Color Modifications
- Color adjustments are permissible and will be considered part of the revision process, utilizing the client's revision credits.
5. Service Plans
- We offer two standard plans: Starter and Business. Each plan has specific limitations on revisions and timeframe as mentioned above.
- Customized plans for small and large enterprises or businesses can be provided upon request. The number of revisions and other specific terms will be outlined in the customized plan.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon final payment, the client will own the final logo design. However, all preliminary designs and concepts that are not selected remain the intellectual property of Let's Manage India Pvt Ltd.
7. Delivery and Timeframes
- The estimated time for delivery of the logo design will be specified in the agreement. Delays beyond our control (e.g., client response time) may affect delivery times.
8. Liability and Indemnification
- Let's Manage India is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the logo.
- The client agrees to indemnify the service provider against any claims of copyright infringement or intellectual property rights violations.
9. Cancellation Policy
- If the client wishes to cancel the service after work has begun but before the final logo is delivered, a cancellation fee 90% will be apply.
- If the client cancels the project before the team begins work, they will receive a full refund.
10. Miscellaneous
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the service provider. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
- Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of the service provider's location.
11. Agreement
- By commissioning logo design services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
