Terms and Conditions for Design Services provided by Let's Manage India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "LET’S MANAGE INDIA"):
1. The client must provide complete details and requirements regarding the design work before the start of the designing process.
2. LET’S MANAGE INDIA shall provide the first draft of the design within a reasonable time frame from the receipt of the complete details from the client.
3. The client shall be given the opportunity to suggest changes and modifications to the first draft of the design work.
4. LET’S MANAGE INDIA shall make the necessary changes to the design work based on the suggestions and modifications provided by the client.
5. The client shall provide feedback on the revised draft of the design work within a reasonable time frame of receipt of the same.
6. LET’S MANAGE INDIA shall make the necessary changes to the design work based on the feedback provided by the client and shall provide the final draft of the design work.
7. The final draft of the design work shall be approved by the client before printing or use of the design work for any purpose.
8. LET’S MANAGE INDIA shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the content or design of the work if they were not pointed out by the client during the designing process.
9. The client shall ensure that the content of the design work does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
10. LET’S MANAGE INDIA shall have the right to use the final approved design work for promotional purposes.
11. The client shall not reproduce, distribute, or sell the final approved design work without the prior written consent of LET’S MANAGE INDIA.
12. The client acknowledges that any use of sample logo, copying or reproducing in any form will be deemed an illegal offence and LET’S MANAGE INDIA can take legal action.
13. In case the client samples a design and then cancels the project and creates the same design by themselves, LET’S MANAGE INDIA reserves the right to take legal action against the client.
14. LET’S MANAGE INDIA shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the final approved design work due to factors beyond its control.
15. The client shall make the necessary payment for the design service as per the agreed-upon rates before the start of the designing process.
16. LET’S MANAGE INDIA reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the client.
17. In the event of any dispute between the client and LET’S MANAGE INDIA, the same shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion, and if not possible, the same shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
18. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.

Note: The delivery time frame for the design work will be communicated to the client at the start of the project and may take longer time depending on various factors like complex design, delay in description received from client, and other circumstances.
