Logo Flow

Stage 1: Project Start(1–2 Days)

The process begins with the Lets Manage Team sending a Questionnaire to the client. This document is crucial for gathering initial requirements and understanding the project's scope and vision.

Stage 2: Requirement Submission (1–2 Days)

The Client is responsible for completing and submitting the answers to the questionnaire. This input allows the design team to move forward with accurate information.

Stage 3: Design & Concepting (3–5 Days)

The Lets Manage Team will analyze the requirements gathered in the previous stages. Following the analysis, the team will craft the initial logo designs (3–5 concepts are standard) based on the client's needs.

Stage 4: Review and Feedback (2 Days)

The Client will receive the initial concepts and must review the designs and provide comprehensive feedback. This stage is essential for narrowing down the direction or requesting specific changes.

Revision & Deliverables Policy

  • Normal Revisions: Any standard revision based on client feedback will take 1–2 business days to complete.

  • New Concepts: A request for an entirely new design direction or concept will reset the creative process, requiring 3–5 business days, similar to the original design phase.

  • Design Limits: The client will receive an initial offering of 3–5 concepts. After a logo is selected, the client is allocated 3–5 revisions on that chosen design.

  • Final Files: The final, approved design will be delivered in professional-grade formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or CDR.
