Step 1: Questionnaire Submission
We will begin by sending you a detailed questionnaire to understand your requirements, preferences, and expectations for your website. Your response is crucial to initiate the process.
- Response Time: Please complete and return the questionnaire within 3–5 days.
Step 2: Content Writing
Based on the information provided, our team will create website content specific to your brand, audience, and goals. This includes website copy and any additional text material required.
- Estimated Timeframe: 7-9 business days.
- The content will be structured in line with your industry, brand tone, and SEO considerations where applicable.
Step 3: Content & Image Review and Approval
Once the draft content (including images, and for eCommerce websites, product details/product images if required) is prepared, it will be sent to you for review and approval.
- Client’s Role: Approve or suggest revisions to the content and images.
- Response Time: 3–5 business days for approval or requested changes.
- Important Note: Any corrections, edits, missing images, or delays in your response will extend the timeline.
- Reminder: Design and development will begin only after the final approval of the content and required images.
Step 4: Design & Development
After finalizing the content and images, the design and development process will begin. Your approved content will be integrated into the design to present you with the first look at your website.
- Estimated Timeframe:
- 10–15 business days for a standard WordPress website. ◦
- 15–30 business days (or longer) for websites with advanced functionality (e.g., eCommerce, customCoded/features).
- If a longer timeline is anticipated, we will inform you beforehand.
Step 5: Website Review & Feedback
Once the website is developed with the approved content and design, it will be presented to you for review.
- Client’s Role: Provide feedback and request changes (if any).
- Note: As design is highly subjective, any revisions or new requests may extend the overall project timeline.
Important Notes
- Client responses within the specified timeframes are critical to ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Any delays in providing feedback, content, or images will shift the project timeline accordingly.
- Final delivery depends on timely communication and approvals at every stage.
- Next Stage Start: Any new stage will commence from the next working day following your approval.
- Example: If content is approved on Friday EOD, design and development will begin on Monday (the next working day).
