A detailed Social Media Management (SMM) onboarding questionnaire is sent to the client to gather necessary business and branding information.
- Client Action: The client must complete and return the form.
- Timeframe: 3-4 business days.
Step 2: Content Writing & Calendar Creation
Based on the SMM completed form, captions and a monthly content calendar are created to align with the client's goals and strategy.
- Client Action: No action required at this stage.
- Timeframe: 5-7 business days after receiving the onboarding form.
Step 3: Content Calendar Review & Approval
The content calendar is shared with the client. If approved, the process moves forward to the design stage. If corrections are requested, the timeline is adjusted accordingly.

- Timeframe: 2 business days.
Step 4: Social Media Design
